支机石街原为清代少城的仁里二条胡同，辛亥革命后因此街关帝庙中立有支机石而改名支机石街。支机石是古蜀先民大石崇拜遗物，隋唐即多有记载，民间传说中成为天上织女垫织机的宝石，长期珍藏于此街的严真观（清代改建为关帝庙）中，1985年移入文化公园。

        Zhijishi Street

        It was Renli Ertiao Lane of Shaocheng (Inner City) in the Qing Dynasty, renamed Zhijishi Street for Zhiji Stone erected in the Guan Yu Temple after the Xinhai Revolution. Zhiji Stone was the relic for stone worship of ancient Shu ancestors; there were many recorders about it in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, and it’s said that it was a gem for supporting weaving machine of Weaving Girl; it was preserved in Yan Zhen Temple (rebuilt into Guan Yu Temple in the Qing Dynasty) on this street and moved in the Cultural Park in 1985.
