商业街原为清代少城的副都统胡同，辛亥革命后因在此修建商业专门学校而改名商业街。抗战时期在商专旧址修建了宫廷风格建筑励志社，美国副总统华莱士和诺贝尔文学奖获得者海明威曾在此居住。2000年在此街发现了特大型战国船棺葬，为全国重点文物保护单位。

        Shangye Street

        It was Fudutong Lane of Shaocheng (Inner City) in the Qing Dynasty, renamed Shangye Street for building business school here after the Xinhai Revolution. The palace style building Lizhi Society was built on it in Anti-Japanese War period, and Henry Wallace, former Vice President of USA and Ernest Hemingway, Nobel Prize winner in literature lived here. The super-large boat-coffin burial of Warring State was found here in 2000 and listed the National Key Protected Historic Site.
