红星路35号广告创意产业园正式建立于2012年8月，主体建筑是由原成都军区7234印刷厂改造而成，并以此为中心涵盖其他点位而形成“一廊两园”和“一园区多元”式空间布局，有广告、传媒、印务、数字网络、产权交易等多家企业入驻，是中国西部首个文化创意产业园区。

Redstar Road 35 Creative Industrial Park was formally built in August, 2012, whose body building was built on the original buildings of a military factory, 7234 Printing Factory. Taking this building as a center, Redstar Road 35 Creative Industrial Park also covers other location points. These all constitute a layout of “One Corridor Two Parks” and “One Zone”. Redstar Road 35 Creative Industrial Park is the first cultural creative industrial park in Western China, where attracts many enterprises in the field of advertising, media, printing, digital network, property right transaction.
