黄瓦街原为清代少城的松柏胡同，当年两户人家建有罕见的黄瓦红墙，辛亥革命后改名黄瓦街。早期共产党人、曾任中共成都特支书记、四川省委书记的刘愿庵生前住在此街。1925年至1926年4月，中国社会主义青年团成都特别支部的机关就设在他的家中。

        Huangwa Street

        It was former Songbai Lane of Shaocheng (Inner City) in the Qing Dynasty, renamed Huangwa Street after the Xinhai Revolution due to rare yellow title and red wall of two houses. Liu Yuan’an, an early Communist, former Secretary of Chengdu Special Branch of the CPC, and former Party Secretary of Sichuan Province, lived here. Office of Chengdu Special Branch of Socialist Youth League of China was set in his house from 1925 to April 1926.
