长顺街

长顺街是清代少城的南北主通道，原未命名，民国初年命名为长顺街，现从南到北分为上、中、下三段。长顺街的南端沿原将军衙门外侧一分为二，有两个街口，这在成都是唯一的，在全国也是罕见的。上世纪30年代，川菜名肴“夫妻肺片”由郭朝华、张田政夫妇创于此街。

Changshun Street

It was a main south-north passage of Shaocheng (Inner City) in the Qing Dynasty, unnamed until the early years of the Republican Period; it is divided into upper, middle and lower sections from south to north. Its south end is divided into two parts along the outside of former Jiangjun Yamen (Government Office of General) with two crosses, unique in Chengdu even China. Fuqi Feipian (Beef and Beef Offal), a famous Sichuan cuisine, was originated here by Guo Chaohua and Zhang Tianzheng in the 1930s.
