巴金故居原址

        巴金(1904-2005),四川成都人,原名李尧棠,字芾甘,中国当代文学巨匠、20世纪“中国的良心”、人民作家。巴金故居坐落于正通顺街98号,是一所深宅大院。1904年巴金出生在这里,在此度过了他的少年和青年时代。故居原为五进三重砖木平房建筑,有大厅、堂屋、桂堂和院墙,大门在故居中线东侧,院墙由青砖砌成,从南到北总长约八十公尺。上世纪六十年代,这所院子成为成都军区战旗歌舞团驻地的一部分,1971年被拆除。


        Ba Jin’s Former Residence Site
        Ba Jin (1904-2005), born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, originally known as Li Yaotang, also called Feigan, is a contemporary literary giant in China. He is China's conscience in the 20th century and the writer of people. Ba Jin’s former residence, located at No. 98, Zhengtongshun Street, is a grand courtyard, also known as Li’s Courtyard. Ba Jin was born here in 1904 and spent his childhood and youth. It was a brick and wood one-story house with five halls in lengthwise. It consists of halls, living rooms, laurel wood-made hall and courtyard walls. The center is the centerline of the house, the main entrance was at east of the centerline, and walls were built of grey bricks. From south to north, it was 80m in length. In 1960s, it became a part of the seat of Banner Art Ensembles of Chengdu Military Region and was demolished in 1971.
